My son AJ actually got this game from the library and I was pretty excited to play it as I loved 1+2. But again I fell victim to "this was really special the first time I played it, now it feels played out" ... whether it's because I played 1+2 recently, or maybe just Tony Hawk fatigue, I didn't feel compelled to max this one out. Pass.
While I really enjoyed the first game, this one ultimately felt to "samey" to me. I didnt finish it but I don't hold myself to that standard anymore. Every battle felt similar to the last and there just wasn't enough variety. I don't remember what I paid, but I got my money's worth sinking well over 20 hours into it. I'd say if you've played the first one, you've seen what's happening here. Pass.
