Wario Ware: Move It (Switch)

If you enjoy motion controls you may have some fun with this one, but I just couldn't do it.  When I play a game I want to chill out.  Also the un skippable cut scenes in this one has me saying "skip".

Instant Sports (Switch)

A horrible game that looks and plays like a browser game.  Skip this and go back to Wii Sports on Switch Sports.  Pass.

Super Mario Strikers: Battle League (Switch)

I've never owned a Mario Strikers game but I wish I owned this one.  We got it for a couple weeks from the library and have had some heated battles in our family with it.  It reminds me of the old school sports games from the 90's and that's the best compliment I can give it.  It's straight up fun.  Recommend.

Wario Ware: Get it Together (Switch)

For a Switch game this is about as standard as they come when it comes to Wario Ware games.  This game doesn't feature any gimmicks normally associated with Nintendo consoles with motion controls.  It works well though and I think that's ultimately what I enjoyed about it.  It's just classic Wario Ware.  Some high score duels in our home have kept this one interesting, and without that I don't know how long the game would last if you're just playing solo.  Recommend.

Ratchet and Clank: A Rift Apart (PS5 via PS Plus)

This game follows the traditional Ratchet and Clank formula which isn't necessarily a bad thing.  I enjoyed my time with it and despite it not being overly long, I was ready to wrap it up about 2 hours before it was over.  I'd heard great things about how this game takes such great advantage of the PS5 SSD, but other than no loading times I didn't find my mind blown.  Low load times have become standard for me since buying the new consoles in 2020.  Still recommend to fans of the series.
